US Lacrosse Approves Box Lacrosse Rules

US Lacrosse Box Lacrosse Rules

Indoor Rules Published

US Lacrosse has published its first-ever rules for box lacrosse.

The rules govern indoor lacrosse for both men and women and from the 6U level and above and are in effect immediately. They were developed by task force of current and former players and coaches with input and guidance from the National Lacrosse League, the Canadian Lacrosse Association, the Federation of International Lacrosse, and other prominent lacrosse organizations.

The new rules, including field diagrams, are available through US Lacrosse.  For more information on the various rules of indoor lacrosse, visit USIndoor’s Lacrosse Rules page.
