Welcome, Chuck Stollery & Melanie Russo

Chuck began his professional career in recreational sports with Let’s Play Sports as General Manager of Colorado Springs Sports Center. He was subsequently promoted to national Hiring and Training Manager, gaining him a deep dive into facility operations, including what makes a successful facility and manager. As USIndoor’s new Membership Director, a vacant role for some years, Chuck’s mission will be to raise member satisfaction and spur growth through a hands-on approach to existing and new services.

Melanie, who assumes the role long held by Doris Bianchini, describes herself as “a well-traveled Navy brat turned administrative power-house, and ‘Jill-Of-All-Trades’.” Throughout her career, she has helped companies with everything from operations management to human resources. She is a 2007 graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in English Literature and Music Performance. Melanie looks forward to using her expertise to facilitate services and help members get the most out of their membership.
