General Liability Coverage

USIndoor’s sports-specific General Liability Program is designed for indoor soccer and multi-sport facilities. The coverage form can be extended to include off-site activities, outdoor fields, inflatable games and other events.

Participant Accident Coverage

Participant Accident (PA) coverage provides excess medical coverage to eligible participants of USIndoor facilities. It is excess of any other available health or Accident Medical coverage.

Typical coverage options include:

$25,000 maximum medical benefit limit per claim, with $1,000 per claim deductible.
$10,000 maximum medical benefit limit per claim, with $1,000 per claim deductible.
Other limit and deductible options may be available upon request.

Coverage available for the following activities (please ask about others):
Soccer, aerobics, badminton, baseball, basketball, batting cages, cross-country skiing, dodgeball, field hockey, fitness training, flag football, floor hockey, golf, gymnastics, horseback riding, ice hockey, lacrosse, roller hockey, softball, tennis, track, volleyball, wrestling and ultimate Frisbee.

The program has very little administration. Each player/referee should sign a waiver to be filed with the facility. There is no audit at the end of the year.
