Melanie Russo

Melanie joined USIndoor’s Customer Service team in February 2021. A well-traveled Navy brat turned administrative power-house, Melanie has helped companies with everything from operations management to human resources. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University class of 2007 with a Bachelor’s in English Literature and Music Performance. She considers herself a ‘Jill-Of-All-Trades’.

In addition to keeping up with her favorite collegiate sports, Melanie is also an avid hiker, trail runner, tennis player, writer, visual artist, musician, and amateur horticulturist.

After 11 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Melanie is back in lovely Norfolk, VA with her two cats and many, many guitars.
